The dining room with its traditional wooden décor and chandeliers made me feel like I was dining in a medieval castle. The on-site sports facilities were great - nothing like a game of table tennis to work up an appetite for those hearty Polish specialties. The sauna was a lovely way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The sauna didn't come with a personal masseuse. Such a disappointment.

We got amazing value for our money with a room that had a balcony facing the mountains, giving us incredible views of the sunrise and night sky. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had good cell reception and free wifi. Plus, being pet-friendly was a big bonus for us.
